Our History

Pubs in Ireland are a social experience combining drinking and theater, part debating chamber and part living room. Rural Irish pubs also serve as the local shop with one corner serving butter and eggs and the other serving foaming glasses of stout.

Conor O’Neill’s was designed in Ireland to bring a truly authentic pub experience to Ann Arbor. In the front you’ll see a nod to the ‘shop pub’ with timber floors and shelves and drawers to display merchandise. The cottage wall in the back is open to friends and neighbors for cheerful hours of drinking, storytelling, conversation and music. Throughout the pub, Irish bric-a-brac represents Irish music, literature, sport and history.

Conor O’Neills is conveniently located in the heart in downtown Ann Arbor on Main Street. Join us for Irish hospitality and let our specially trained bartenders pour you the perfect pint. Our big screen TVs make us a favorite for watching all types of sporting events, especially international soccer and college football. Slainte!
